Vacuuming a basin and flushing a connected pipe aren’t interchangeable. If pooling continues after material is removed, further investigation may be needed. Cleaning also won’t correct every cause of poor drainage, such as a damaged component or an unsuitable surface slope.

How often should a catch basin be cleaned?

Does cleaning include jetting the pipes?
Confirm this in the quote. Basin cleaning removes accumulated material from the structure; hydro jetting addresses buildup in connected drains or pipes. Tell us if you want both considered, and ask which lines are included.
Will cleaning fix standing water?
It may help when accumulated debris is contributing to the problem, but standing water can have other causes. Send us the location and maintenance history. Ask what further investigation is needed if the problem remains after cleaning.
Can you repair or install catch basins?
